Marsh Brew Release

We’ve been hard at work (hardly) on this beer! Cameron Read, Brewing Director over at Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. has been doing all of the legwork on this one, we simply mentioned we’d like to explore our native yaupon as the leading profile!

Many a beer had to be had, and then we had to drink them again with yaupon, from Yaupon Brothers, steeped into them… and then again with roasted yaupon to get the full effect. We released Marsh Brew with EOBC on December 8th and celebrated with a pint night, native wreath making with Rebecca Fanning, and a visit from the Yaupon Brothers!
